Extended Program
Our new cooking program takes place in one of Radda's prettiest stone houses where its passionate director/ Chef indulges in teaching genuine recipes inspired by the view from her kitchen windows: green rolling hills covered with vineyards, and olive groves intermingling with wild flowers. Very
conveniently , lodging and cooking here take place in the same property. Following each morning's lesson you have an array of activities to choose from: visits to cellars and wineries, olive mills, castles, quaint little villages , shopping and more…..

Florence options:

One Day
- With cookbook author
includes Morning Market Tour
followed by complete class & lunch in her home kitchen.

- At professional Cooking School
includes complete class with lunch.

Extended Program
Lodging is right in the elegant historical center and lessons take place in a professional cooking school where the city's renowned Chefs teach and execute complete menus: from "antipasti" to "dolci" . These are several course meals prepared in a variety of styles from innovative Florentine, to traditional Tuscan. We also combine cultural heritage to the "Art of Cooking" as you enjoy gastronomic market tours, wine tastings, museum visits, field trips and lectures regarding not only food-related issues, but also Italian, and specially Florentine art and culture.

One Day
Extraordinary day of homestyle cooking in a spectacular setting. This is the perfect activity when touring the Amalfi Coast. Learn an entire menu of traditional southern cuisine followed by lunch on a terrace overlooking the Mediterrenean Sea.

Extended Program
Our new cooking program takes place in Ravello, the romantic hilltop town overlooking the deep blue seas. Lodging takes place in your choice of any of the town's exclusive hotels while cooking lessons and lunch delight you over a heavenly, panoramic terrace. Mamma's hidden treasure includes everything: from picking vegetables in the garden, to making your own Limoncello. Regional gastronomy at its Best !
